At 3DBU, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your product, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a refund:

The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to a verified defect or incorrect item received.

Refunds can only be issued to the original buyer who purchased directly from us.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll send you an email confirmation. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Please note: Items showing signs of misuse, modification, or accidental damage are not eligible for return or refund.
